Zoe Braithwaite

Zoe Braithwaite is a qualified Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist and a member of the Association of Massage Therapists. She has also completed a Diploma in Fitness from TAFE NSW, and is a Level 1 Sports Trainer.

Zoe works with the Sydney Swans Football Club as both a Massage Therapist during the week and a Sports Trainer on game days for the senior team. This work sees her up close with some of Australia's best sportsmen getting first-hand experience with acute injuries and long term rehab involving massage.

Zoe also works alongside Anthony Kaleel at Fitness Alfresco as a class instructor and personal trainer. Having a fitness knowledge also allows her a better understanding of what's involved in a client’s training and what is needed to best prevent injuries.

Zoe has worked with an array of clients from Olympians and elite athletes to weekend warriors. Her treatments focus on preventing injuries and enhancing performance. With experience in multiple sporting disciplines and leading an active lifestyle, she has an appreciation of her client’s desires to be injury free and performing to their ability as soon as possible. Her focus is on getting her clients to understand the importance of soft tissue therapy alongside their training.

Zoe has an interest in all sports, but her love for soccer is the greatest, which she has played at a club level for 17 years. She has also been involved in netball, swimming, dancing and baseball.
