Individualized exercise program targeting the application of strength, balance, cardiorespiratory fitness, and functional movement training to help address Cancer diagnosis , treatment and its related side effects, clients’ goals, and improvements in quality of life.
Long-Term Athlete Development is a framework that encourages children and adolescents to get involved in lifelong physical activity. We work to build athleticism, beginning with a foundation of fundamental movement skills and training principles, to sports specific strength and conditioning programs.
This program aims to improve clients function who are suffering from acute or chronic back pain. The program will focus on improving regional strength, muscular endurance and working through appropriate mobility progressions to ensure flexibility, stability and graded exposure to a range of movement patterns necessary to
live a healthy and active lifestyle.
The Longevity group aims to improve reported pain, strength, quality of life and function with an individualized rehabilitation and performance program. The program is designed to help mitigate and improve the age- reported declines in function experienced within this population group including: improvements in bone density, joint health,
falls prevention and muscle strength.
Individualized exercise program targeting improvements in key clinical markers pivotal to lower limb musculoskeletal injuries. Our goals is to help ensure clients achieve a high-level of strength/power/endurance, neuromuscular function, joint stability, and confidence through GOAL based rehabilitation for return to sport/work/everyday life.
