Carla-Jo Cutrupi has a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy and is a member of the Association of Massage Therapists. Along with this, Carla-Jo is also a qualified Sports Trainer and has been on the first aid team for many NSW Rugby Union and NSW Rugby Union Gen events and has worked with Australian Rugby Union U18’s in their preparation for international games.
Having played football (soccer) since she was young and having a passion for other sports like tennis and AFL, she understands what it takes to achieve optimal performance for specific sports in various fields. She believes massage gives that physical and mental competitive edge that helps athletes across all sports.
Carla-Jo uses her background in sport science and thorough knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy to tailor a treatment plan for each patient based on their goals and needs.
As an active person, and a long-term student, Carla-Jo has an first-hand knowledge of the various stresses the body goes through. Whether it be a long night of study, a big session at the gym or a stress cloud hanging over your head, Carla-Jo understands what approaches can best benefit the patient and can help improve their overall health and wellbeing.
