Running Assessments

Sports Physiotherapy Service

The running assessment involves a video analysis to identify biomechanical causes contributing to recurrent injuries and specific running exercises and drills to improve running technique, strength, power, running speed or endurance.

A running assessment service is now being offered at Sydney Sports Medicine Centre by sports physiotherapist Robert Mullard. Robert has extensive experience and interest in running biomechanics; being a previous elite sprinter; and clinically working with NSWIS athletics program and a large number of Australian representative sprinters.

A running assessment can assist with both performance and reduction in injury risk.
