Lauren Ramia

Lauren is a qualified Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Level 1 & 2 qualified Sports Trainer and a Nutrition Coach.

Lauren has been involved in competitive sport as a participant, coach and trainer since 1992. Her passion for sport secured her a role with the GWS Giants AFLW program. At GWS Giants she treats as a Massage Therapist and a Sports Trainer.

Lauren’s focus is on preventing injuries and enhancing performance for athletes and people who lead an active lifestyle. Having injuries in the past and been through the rehabilitation process, gives her a thorough appreciation of her client’s desires to be injury free and performing to the best of their ability.

Lauren takes a lot of pride in what she does, striving to provide the highest standard of care to every client. She liaises with allied health providers and the client to produce a treatment plan to reach client health goals.
