Beth completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Sydney University in 2019, receiving first class honours. She is currently a physiotherapist for the North Sydney Bears Rugby League junior squads and is a member of the NSW Athletics physiotherapy team. She has recently joined the team at Sydney Sports Medicine Centre after working at Royal North Shore Hospital for several years, with a special interest in orthopaedics and fractures.

Over the past few years, Beth has worked across a number of sports and organisations. In addition to the North Sydney Bears and Athletics NSW, she has also worked with the Manly Warringah Sapphires Premier League Netball, Manly Warringah Netball Association, Sydney University Men’s NPL 3 Football Team, and Hockey NSW.

Beth has represented Australia in middle/long distance running on several occasions including at the World U20 Track & Field Championships and the World University Cross Country. She also enjoys playing touch football both at representative level and socially. In addition, Beth has coached athletics, strength and conditioning, cross country and touch football for a range of people of all ages and abilities.

Beth is passionate about helping people to achieve their health goals, whatever they may be. She is skilled at diagnosing and treating injuries across all levels of sport and general life, and does this using a combination of massage, manual therapy, dry needling, exercise prescription and biomechanical correction. This ensures optimal, evidence-based management to facilitate return to full function and high performance.
