Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to fill in any paperwork required;
Consultations with Sport and Exercise Physicians require a current referral from a GP or another Specialist Doctor. (Referrals from an Allied Health Practitioner are not accepted by Medicare)
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call us on 02 9764 3131 as soon as possible. If you call outside Reception hours, please leave a detailed message;
Cancelations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance may incur a fee.
New patients must bring details of your Claim Number, Insurer Details and name & contact details of your Case Manager;
Some appointments require a Letter of Approval from your Insurer in order for the consultation to go ahead. If unsure, please ask when booking your appointment;
Please note that for some services, Third Party (CTP) patients are required to pay in full for your consultation, and claim from the insurer yourself. If this is the case, we will advise you when booking your appointment.
If you have an appointment outside Reception hours, please note the following:
If you arrive before reception hours, please read the signs on the desk for instructions;
For appointments before hours, we will call you afterwards to take payment over the phone. Please note, we are unable to do Health Fund or Medicare claims over the phone. You will need to pay in full and claim you’re the rebate directly with your fund or Medicare;
For appointments after hours, we request you arrive at least 15 minutes before Reception closes in order to pay for your appointment & utilise Health Fund / Medicare claiming (where applicable)
Unfortunately, due to building works, there is now very limited parking onsite between 9:00am to 4:30pm weekdays. Feel free to look for a park under our building in any of the NSWIS designated (white painted) spots but allow enough time to park elsewhere if nothing is available. Apologies for any inconvenience.
