Kingsley Gibson is an experienced sports physiotherapist and has been a NSW Institute of Sport Physiotherapy Consultant for the past 16 years, working with the State’s top 750 elite athletes, coaches and managers. He is a past president of the NSW Branch of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and past president of the NSW Branch of Sports Physiotherapists.
Kingsley has had extensive experience with elite national teams including appointments as Physiotherapist at the 2004 Athens (Hockey), 2008 Beijing and 2012 London (Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Hockey) Olympic Games, Physiotherapist and 2nd in charge of the Polyclinic Physiotherapy section for SOGOC at the 2000 Sydney Games.
Kingsley co-ordinates services to the following sports at a State and/or Nationals sports level: Tennis, Gymnastics, Rowing, Diving and Hockey
For his services to gymnastics, the Commonwealth, in the year 2000 awarded Kingsley with a Sports Services Medal.
