Isabel is an Accredited Practicing dietitian (APD) graduating from the University of Sydney. Since graduating Isabel has worked in a clinical setting seeing patients for a range of chronic and lifestyle diseases including diabetes, heart disease and post stroke.
Isabel is also currently completing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) under Dr Helen O’Connor. As part of this she is looking specifically at weight loss in young women and how best to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.
Outside of work Isabel enjoys an active lifestyle participating in surf lifesaving, ocean swimming and netball, having played and coached at a representative level over the last 12 years. Isabel also enjoys spending time with friends, cooking and playing social sports such as touch football.
