Zoë Watt - Dietitian

Zoë Watt is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and Nutrition Consultant. She has extensive experience across a variety of clinical and health promotion areas, having worked in the UK and Melbourne before moving to Sydney in 2006. Zoë is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA), a current board member for Sports Dietitians Australia (SDA), having served 3 years already and she meets the criteria for the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) program.

Zoë enjoys all aspects of nutrition, and is particularly passionate about sports nutrition as well as having a keen interest in diabetes and weight management. She enjoys consulting individual clients, assisting them reach and maintain their goals. Zoë is involved in a number of industry bodies aimed at educating and encouraging the use of dietetic skills in these areas.
